Google now has a
video upload program that's in beta stage, but
the guys at
Putfile have beat them to it.
However, due to bandwidth limits, videos cannot be
embedded in WebPages.
Still, you can upload files up to 10mb, and hotlink
them!
Streamload is another site where you can upload media (even copyrighted stuff), and share them.
However, the free package doesn't give you much storage space.
Or perhaps you could try
ZippyVideos which let's you upload and link anything
up to 5mb for free, so long as you don't hotlink it.
